SAS Manufacturing has been compliant to the RoHS directive regarding the assembly of electronic assemblies since the end of the 2^nd quarter of 2006.

SAS will continue to offer the traditional non-RoHS (leaded) solder process in parallel with the new RoHS compliant process.

Please be sure to include the RoHS requirement on your Purchase Orders when ordering from us, so we can make sure your assemblies are build using these directives.

 October 2014, SAS installed a brand new 55 foot long completely automated SMT line consisting of in-line printer, pick & place, reflow oven & AOI machine. This will help with our growing backlog of building quality assemblies.

SAS now runs 12 Pick & place, 4 reflow ovens 2 flow solder plus 3 AOI inspection machines.

SAS has incorporated AEGIS Manufacturing Software AEGYS link to aid in 21st century product assembly, with electronically updated production documentation and quality controls.
